Safe Program Defined

A safe program is a program which is safe to run. However, all safe programs are not necessary to run. Running unnessary programs can slow down a computer since they consume system resources. It is best to identify what each executable file does and then choose whether or not it should run when a computer starts up. Certain programs just collect data for their manufacturer or help to decrease the time it takes to open certain programs.
